    Affidavit of Support

    I\'m going to file I-485 (emplyment based)soon. I have to submit Affidavit of Support for the dependent. There are two forms for this, I-864 and I-134. Which form is appropriate for me? Pls anyone answer.

    Is I-134 compulsory document to be filed when filing I-485 ..

    I134 is not compulsory anymore for employment based cases. Filed in aug\'00 without it. None of our colleagues have got rfe for same. Employment letter (copy for spouse) is enough.
