    H1 Revoke

    My employer revoked my H1 on Dec 21 as he was not willing to keep me on bench after I was out of project. To maintain status, I filed B1 Change Of Status request to USCIS on Jan 28. Both cases (H1 revoke and B1 application are in pending state).
    Meanwhile, If I get project with same or different company - is it possible to get back on H1. Will the delay between 12/21/08 to 01/28/09 be taken seriously by USCIS.

    Assume all intervals of questionable status in the US will have an effect at some time in the future. You never know when an out of status period will come back to hurt you. The USCIS has a long memory.
