How long is the processing time?

My 485 application is subitted based on Cross Chargeability.
I was born in India but my spouse was born in UAE.

Nebraska's processing date for employement based 485 still shows 5 July 2007. When its going to move forward? when do i expect my GC

Hi Lax,
Can you provide any updates on your case? I am in somewhat similar situation like you were once. I am born in India and my spouse is from Fiji. My LC and i140 is approved, and have submitted i485 application on 18th May 2010 based on cross chargeability. USCIS has not encashed the checks yet and I haven't got receipt number yet. I heard, the cross chargeability case might get longer than other ones.
