    Transferred to NY

    My I485 transferred to NY! what does it mean? Which date now I should trace? actual appling date or transferred date!?

    Get Infopass !!

    Similar thing happened with me. I took infopass and they corrected the error

    hi coolchap,
    What do you mean by getting infopass?
    It is actually local office for that company where that I140 should get!
    do I have to take infopass still in this case?
    Why they sent it to NY? Do I have to take infopass for the I140 only?
