I am US citizen. i filed for my daughter(india) who is over 21. when i put the immigration file her status was married but she got divorced .how long does it takes to finish all formalities. filed date 2006. divorced 2007

I am the married daughter of a US Citizen and my application has been pending since March 2005. When I checked the dates it has only moved up from April 9 2001 to July 10 2001 in 4 years. This is very alarming for me since I noticed that the Vermont Service Center date in this category is all the way into 2006.

Why is Vermont so far ahead of California??? Is this something that applicants awaiting a response should be concerned about.

last time when I have problem then californium service center can resolve my issue and then i am very satisfied at that time.
