    B1/B2 Visa Questions

I have a 10yr Mulitiple Entry B1/B2, I'm currently in the US on B1 Visa for a 3 month training.
After that 3 month stay I'm required to go back here for the second phase
of the training. Question is how long do I have to stay back at my home country before I could re-enter the US?

There is no such written rule that I know of. Quote the source of your information.

So I could go back here after one month or so in staying back at my home country? I guess a letter from our company would be helpful as well.

Theoretically you can return the very next day. Just bear in mind that being admitted is the sole discretion of the POE officer.

Did I say it was a rule? hold your horses buddy... I was speaking IMHO.

You know you are doing more harm than good, by telling people they can do whatever the heck they want with their visas and extensions.

First read your own post. Then read mine. Try to use some other language if you are not comfortable in English.

    This is what you wrote:

    "at least 3 months."

Where is your "IMHO" in this line? OP is not a mind reader. Then, I just asked you to quote the source which made you state what you stated. But in response you again shot off arbitrary abstract. In your disclaimer you don't want to own up to anything you say. Just don't say anything then or else quote the source if you are so sure of yourself. If you have to help others then help in a positive way.

You have to prove at the border you actually have a permanent home outside of US and you actually live there, not in the US.
Probably, 3 months in the US and 3 months outside could be OK. But 6 months outside after 3 months in will be much better.
