I have an approved H1b. I got H1B visa stamped on my PP

I did not enter USA yet using the VISA/current H1b.

But I am not comfortable to join the current H1B company. I want to transfer the current H1B to a different better company. If the new company is ready to file for H1B do they need to file for a new H1b(new quota with lottery) or can they transfer my current H1B to their comapny. Remember I have never entered USA using my current H1B approval/Visa.

What are the options and what should I suggest to the new company.

Your experienced input is very helpful to discuss the matter with my new employer.

To transfer your H1B, valid employment in US is needed. Recent pay stubs (at least 60 days OLD) are needed to submit with last year w2 forms (if applicable).

I'm not sure about this since you never used the H1, but from what I understand, since you were already subject to the quota once, you won't be subject to it again until the max of 6 years is up.

They must file a new petition not under quota. You must wait to receive the approval notice; you can then enter with existing stamp - if you have it - and new approval notice.
