I guess not. The phrase everybody uses is "pending over 180 days". We can't say an application has been pending for 1 day on the day its received.
Anyway, if someone has patience to wait 180 days, he/she can wait 1 more day, just to be on the safe side.
Nice tool Indeed. My 485 receipt notice shows Received date as July 02 2007 and on the USCIS web site it shows "On August 20, 2007, we received this I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS..."
So with which date should I go now to calculate 180 days?
