H1B issue

Hi,
I applied for my H1B extension for three yrs, since I already have LC cleared and I got I140 approved I applied for 3yrs extension, now they sent my request back and asked for valid labour condition application.
What does that mean and can someone help me with what all should be sent with that application.

It means there is something wrong with your labor condition application. It has nothing to do with labor certification.

You need to submit certified labor condition application along with your extension documents. This isn't something you can prepare. Ask your employer and/or its attorney.
