    Reopen I-485 after I-140 appeal

    My I-140 appeal was approved back in Aug 06.And my I-485 was opened in Feb 07...But my wife's I-485 has not been opened till now...

    I called them but they issue a service request everytime with no results....What should I do..Went to infopass but the lady said to wait for four weeks...But still no results....

    I would really appreciate if someone could help me get out of this situation...

    How long did your appeal take to reach an outcome? I'm seeing on the forums that it could take around 2 years!?!
