    Any cases where I-140 not approved for 10 months...

    Hello,

    Have there been any such cases where it has been more than 10 months and I-140 has'nt been approved yet? If so then please kindly share your info in this thread. My I-140 was filed back in March 2005 and I am still waiting for the approval. If there are other people who are in the same boat than please share your info.

    Applied in July - no approval yet

    I have applied for my 140 EB3 in July 05 and haven't received the approval yet.

    Mine was not approved for 16 months without a reason. I did not have any REFs. I just got approved one day after I made an inquery.
    EB3

    I485/I140 RD: 2/18/2004 (VSC)
    I140 AD: 7/27/2005

    FP: 9/24/2004
    FP2: 10/21/2006

    in FBI NC since 3/4/2004
    transferred to TSC on 3/2/2007
