Where did u hear this ?. Never heard such thing.

Sekhar, I never heard of this too. I have e-filed form I-539 for my parents two days back and the confirmation reciept says you need to send the supporting documentation as per the instructions in paper based I-539 application. So, sent the documents to BCIS.
