H1 Transfer immediately after coming to US

Hi, every body

please give me suggestions about my query:
15 days back i have arrived US with my H1B with company A, now i want to transfer my H1B to company B. can i transfer like this without any pay stubs.
company B is ready to do H1B transfer without any pay stubs.
and one more query is: if i do like this is there any problem for getting H4 visa for my wife.
can you please give me reply to this query.

You can transfer, if you delay it - you may have to produce the pay stub. H4 also no problem.
