    Hi Folks,

    You can download absolutely free, Fillable, User-friendly USCIS Forms from the following links. These are the necessary AOS forms. However, you can download other forms too, see item no. 8 for the rest of USCIS forms.

    1. I-130 - Petition for Alien Relative
    2. I-131 - Application for Travel Document
    3. I-485 - Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status
    4. I-693 - Medical Examination of Aliens Seeking Adjustment of Status
    5. I-765 - Application for Employment Authorization
    6. I-864 - Affidavit of Support
    7. G325A -Biographic Information
    8. A2Z - All other USCIS Forms
    9. You'll also need - 2005 Poverty Guidelines

    You will need Adobe Acrobat to fill-in these forms. You can download one free from this link. Free Adobe Acrobat Download. File size: 27.4MB
