I am planning to do MPH (can be completed in 1 year) in Harvard, which will be sponsored by my residency program after I finish my residency i.e.August 2006.
Now Can anybody suggest how I can maintain visa status after August 2006?
F1 is your option. Good
And if I take F1 visa to do MPH, can I still start GC process under future employment if I can find an employer?
Catch hold of a sponser and start doing GC straight away.(Once your residency is over while you are in F1) You can not come back to H1 unless you spend 1 full year out of USA. You can spend one year in canada , if you find a job there.
Can I convert to EAD if I get one by the time I finish MPH (August 2007) without leaving country?
This all depends on EB2 category priority date. Your priority date may not be before than Aug 2006.
