Kennedy-McCain vs. Coryn-Kyl???

who do you guys support?

kennedy-McCain --- let illegal immigrants be documented workers, and later on apply for citizenship

OR

Coryn-Kyl --- let illegal immigrants get the work permit for certain years, and once the work permit time expires ---will have to return to their homeland.

Only letting illegal immigrant become temporary workers and then expect them to go home is completely unrealistic. How would the government ensure that hundreds of thousands of Mexicans will leave the US when their visas expire. All that would happen is that these workers become illegal again. The idea is quick-fix thinking while only pushing the problems of how to truly deal with immigration into the future.

Both parties are pretty much the same. There will always be ways for them to become legal or worst case, go back to illegal and still stay in the US.
Instead of trying to convert illegals to legals or trying to secure the borders, government should conduct a more regular audit of employees and fine the employer heavily for each illegal immigrant hired. But noone cares.
