    I94 surrender by Canadian Citizens for CP?

    When departing the US for CP in Montreal do we submit the I94 stapled to our passports or just leave it on? What about the portion of the I797?

    My suggestion would be not to surrender it except after the interview and while entering US with IV. Then when the IO stamps the I-551, he will take the I-94. Just my 2 cents.
