No idea whether polaroid photos acceptable. I just wanted to check whether the camera used in my case was a digital or analog ? It was not looking like a digital camera , rather a analog camera. It was printing two identical picture instantaneously on a photo paper which dried out in couple of minutes. Wondering what type of camera was that.
Our EAD approved today March 21st, 2005 .

dont want to scare u but someone mentioned in these forums that LUD changes together on all applications (140+485+AP+EAD) is not a good sign...though personally i dont buy it.

also i have lud on 3/8 on all apps. AP/EAD/140/485 EB2
I think VSC has really got it going. My FP code 3 is scheduled on Tomorrow.
Recently 2004 tracker has got many people approved in 3 to 4 weeks after FP. If this holds true in our case (which i dont expect), We would get GC approved in record time.

I have almost the same dates as yours and I am also in EB2. Let's hope VSC can really get it going fast.

My FP code also 3 and scheduled date is 3/28/05....
Could you pl clarify me what papers to carry for FP/Biometrics(like 797 notices , photographs....)

Hello all,
I am new to this fourm, after years (4+)of waiting for LC, I had decided to use a pre-approved labor. I have few question to this fourm, I would appreciate a reply.

1. How long does it take to get the case number for i-140 after the paper work was sent?
2. Has anyone in this forum used a pre-approved labor and got his i-140 cleared?
3. IF some had used the pre-approved labor and got his i-140 approved, what was his/her priority date? ( were you give the original labor filind date or where you given the I-140 filing date)

Good news for EB2 folks. My 140 with RD 12/30/2004 and ND of 1/19/2005 was approved yesterday - 3/22/2005.

EB2 at VSC
LC: FD 08/2001 AD 12/2004
self+spouse 140/485/EAD/AP: RD 12/30/2004 ND 01/19/05
140 AD 3/22/2005
self EAD: AD 3/3/05
self AP: AD 3/3/05

Done FP Code 3 today. They take fingerprints of all fingers, take picture and signature. Thats it. It takes 10 minute to get the process done. All together it took only 1 hr 30 min to get everything done (including wait time before my number got called).
Docs needed are.
id(DL is fine) and fingerprint notice. Thats it. You dont even need 485 notice but its good to take that with you.

Did FP for me and my wife today (03/23) in Boston. No hassle at all. The whole process took 2 hours (including waiting time). Digital signature, Picture and all finger prints were taken. Noticed LUD on I-485 this evening.

. It was posted on March 14th. Still haven't heard from the company / lawyer on what it is about. Did i ever mention i will have at have atleast 1 heart attack by the time this shiz gets cleared.

Got EAD and AP approvals except one AP of a child where LUD was Mar 22 without any change in message. Customer service says it is a RFE but does not know detail. Does any one know how long it takes RFE to reach attorney ? Thanks

Hi!
Is it possible to apply I-485,EAD applications without applying I-140 or attaching I-140 approved receipt?
If we apply like this is USCIS going to accept I-485 and process I-485 and EAD applications?
Any suggestions on this please...
