From Green Card to Citizenship

Hello everyone, I am from NY

My situation:
Marriage to USC sept 1997
I 485 interview and approval Jan 1999
I 751 approval Jun 2002
application N 400 Jan 2004 ( five year base )
divorce from USC spouse march 2004
interview n 400 dec 2004.

I am just nervouse lil bit because of divorce from my USC spouse, will it be issue in my citizenship? will they deport me since i am no longer married and i was granted green card base on this marriage. my green card category is IR6. what that means? and its 10 years green card.
