contract and medical condition

Not to mention, i have a contract with a bad company (somehow i joined him - didn't knew much at that time) for 11/2 yrs and it says i can't leave before that and when i am inbetween projects.

I came to know recently that i have a medical condition named "retinitis pigmentosa" which takes away and detoriates my vision over years. When ? Its not known, thats the nature of this genetic problem.

I get various other good employment oppurtunities but i am stuck here with this bad company which is in Michigan state. Is there any way to get around this problem and contract?

cut a deal with your employer....pay him and get a written document that you are free to move.
