I was born in the land of ice and snow,
where the hot springs blow.
We came from a small island of Far East,
where the country used to prosper once in economy but will be gradually dying.
We came in the States to become U.S. Citizens and
to contribute to the World through America, the Land of Justice and Freedom,
so getting Green Cards was just the first step for us.

We have been fully committing to the United States.
We have no home to return in the counry we were born.
We have no relatives to rely on there.
However, U.S. Goverment has not had any respect to our commitment to America
just because we were foreigners.
We were just sad to know that fact and
we had no way but to fight for our rights against the goverment's injustice.

• 12/2001 Got involved in a car accident - In My Time of Dying
• 01/2002 I-140 approved
• 02/2002 I-485 filed (RD 2/15/2002, ND 3/4/2002)
• 05/2002 First fngerprint
• 08/2002 CSPA enacted
• 03/2003 INS to DHS/USCIS
• 04/2003 Project Kashmir started
• 09/2003 Project Ocean started
• 12/2003 Lawsuit filed
• 12/2003 DV-2005 applied
• 01/2004 Second fingerprint
• 05/2004 I-485 approved
• by 2008 Will get U.S. Citizenship

Our fight continues until achieving our goal to get U.S. Citizenship.
Also, as one of the original plaintiffs of I-485 Litigation against USCIS,
I am happy to fight through the end of our Litigation.
Actually, I have enjoyed this fight and I have learnt a lot.

I'd really appreciate Rajiv and his staffs giving us such a great chance to fight against U.S. Government and to meet great fellows supporting each other here at ImmigrationPortal.Com.

Privately, thanks to my boss who told me that she really wanted me to succeed in my carrier because of my commitment to the U.S. and who has supported my fighting against USCIS, even though I don't think she will read this message.
And thanks to my family, my beautiful wife and talented children, who let me focus fighting for such a long time.

Meanwhile, I'd like to spend my time a little bit more for my family,
and to resume challenging one of unresolved problem of mathematics.

At last, I am really happy to be here with such great people,
and I hope all of you will get approved soon.

Who can be more Happy for you than me. Wish you all the best and take
some much needed time with your family.

I am sure that you will help us with Project Kashmir. I can see my approval
close too and so I am trying as much as I can to document Project
Anaconda and release it to people who might need such a tool and find it
useful. This weekend my push is to bring Project Anaconda to the troubled
I485 folks.

Please do help us with the format of the Report of Kashmir Community
Edition. Once we agree on the format I will release a scanner program
which will be easy for anybody to use. And the code will also be available
to the interested parties if there is interest.

I am so happy that you have received your approval. Regardless of all the injustices that INS inflicts upon us, it is absolutely terrific that they let you out of the turmoil!
