Approval is far away but though why not ask evryone from may 2002 .

3rd EAD and AP applied on 16th march.
NO RFE .
Second FP done jan16.

Approval do't know

What was your online status after 2nd FP notice was generated. Did the status ever show "sending RFE"?

Online message after 2nd FP has not changed for me as well as my husband.

My FP reports were recd. on 10th July. So the message is same for last 18 mnths. Your FP results were recd. and processing has .... same old bull shit.

my online msg changed after my seconf FP but my wife's still showing the old FP msg. Guess we do't hv anyone with RFEs.

Hello Shapourz,

I read thru the thread in the last 3 weeks, the trend look like that even if FP is expired, BSCI will not ask for 2nd FP until they are processing your file.

For some of the candidates are getting the RFE and then 2nd FP notice, it depends.

Good news is that if you received the 2nd FP notice which mean you are close to touch Down

I am still waiting too. What is you ND date? Mine is 03/25/2002
