Dear Director Don Neufeld,

I'd like to first thank you for your efforts to the recent speed-up of
the processing of I-485 applications in USCIS California center. However,
as an old wac02 applicant, I am still stressed upon seeing the slow
movement on applications submitted in late 2001.

The green card application (I-485, EB2) for our family was received by the
CIS California center on December 18, 2001. Our wac numbers are:
wac-02-068-5xxxx,
wac-02-068-5xxxx, and
wac-02-068-5xxxx

We have waited for over 27 months. Our finger prints have expeired for
more than half year. But nothing has happened since we did our first
finger prints in May 2002.

I believe you understand what life is like for people like me whose
everything is on hold because of the long term pending I-485 cases.
As an I-485 veteran, I hereby strongly urge you to allocate reasonable
amount of resource to adjudicate the oldest pending cases!

However, as an OLD WAC02 applicant, I am still stressed upon seeing
the slow movement on applications submitted in LATE 2001 and EARLY 2002.
Meanwhile the CSC is sending RFEs to I-485 applicants filed in September,
October, November, and December, 2002.

Your promise to my representative Anna Eshoo is:
"to SIGNIFICANTLY increase resource allocations to I-485 adjudications
beginning April 2004".

Please keep your promise so that you can achieve your goal
"to reduce the processing time for Adjustment of Status applications
to 12 months or less by the end of September 2004".

Thanks to the one who modified the title of this thread. I greatly appreciate it.

Yesterday I created it in a hurry. When I came back to re-edit it, the title was not allowed to change.

I wish people who are severely affected by the current trends could seriously take action and do something.

Yes, all I-485 applicants filed at CSC before August 2002 should take action, at least join this campaign,
otherwise Don Neufeld would consider us as chickens and continue harassing long-waiting applicants.
