RE: Stop Discrimination to Long-Waiting WAC02 Applicants
Dear Director Don Neufeld;
We confirmed the CSC had issued more than 200 RFEs
to WAC03 applicants not to expire their fingerprints.
On the other hand, the CSC has been almost ignoring WAC02 applicants for a long time.
Most of WAC02 applicants have been told that
the CSC would not take any action for expiration of fingerprint.
I don't want to see any single approval of WAC03 nor WAC04 cases
before my approval as one of WAC02 applicant waiting for over 2 years.
Please stop such a discrimination to long-waiting WAC02 applicants,
and focus adjudicating WAC02 cases.
Actually, I received a letter from HQ of CIS in last December
as a response to USCIS Director Eduardo Aguirre, and it described:
> Currently, the California Service Center is adjudicating
> employment-based applications which were filed on December 16, 2001.
> Nothing can be done, in the interest of FAIRNESS to those
> who applied before you did, to expedite the adjudication of your application.
Please show us your FAIRNESS to long-waiting WAC02 applicants.
Sincerely,
(my name)
