On the other hand, the CSC has been almost ignoring WAC02 applicants for a long time. Most of WAC02 applicants have been told that the CSC would not take any action for expiration of fingerprint. I don't want to see any single approval of WAC03 nor WAC04 cases before my approval as one of WAC02 applicant waiting for over 2 years. Please stop such a discrimination to long-waiting WAC02 applicants, and focus adjudicating WAC02 cases. Actually, I received a letter from HQ of CIS in last December as a response to USCIS Director Eduardo Aguirre, and it described: > Currently, the California Service Center is adjudicating > employment-based applications which were filed on December 16, 2001. > Nothing can be done, in the interest of FAIRNESS to those > who applied before you did, to expedite the adjudication of your application. Please show us your FAIRNESS to long-waiting WAC02 applicants. Sincerely, (my name) (my address) (my contact information) WAC-02-124-##### (EB I-485) pending for over 2 years since February 2002 !!
