    How long does it take to get fingerprint notice?

    How long does it take to get fingerprint notice in Vermount? Is it depend on any other processing time?

    My I-140 & I-485 filed in June 2003. 9 months are over. I have received EAD, but fingerprint are still pending.

    Please advince.

    FP Notice

    I have filed my I-485 app in Sep 03 and still haven't received FP notice.

    Heard it is taking more than 6 month these days to get FP notice. I guess USCIS is doing this to avoid 2nd and 3rd FP notices because of the delay in processing I-485 applications....
