Thank you very much Mr. Khanna!![]()
I do hope this is a harbringer of a change that will make this a terrific year.
When do you expect the court to take this case up and issue summons to USCIS etc.?

IMPORTANT NOTE: I am a Volunteer Moderator - one of you. I am not a lawyer. So please use this advice accordingly.
Thank You very much Mr. Khanna. Please keep us posted on the proceedings of the case. The whole Immigrationportal community is with you and will do anything to back you on the same.
When I come back, I will explain the tasks left for us to do.
Here is the gist:
We should again start a fresh push to Congressmen,
Khatri and other CIS officials. Once the law suit is
filed (which we have already done), we can send a copy of complaint to our
congressmen. Also we should approach all the sponsors
of Infrastructure Improvement act, so that they might
bring back those issues again in Congress and also
they might question the appropriate CIS officials.
Publicity: Let's try to reach all ethnic
organizations(Indian, Chinese, Russian, Latinos,
......), organizations like IEEE, Big
corporations,.......... Let's gather the support of
everyone for our cause. Have them issue statements in our support, call their Congressmen....

I can say this is one of the best things we as a group has ever done and it is done swiflty and efficiently because of Rajiv Khanna. I would like to thank other people like Edison, dsatish, kashmir, 140_takes_forever and others in the core team who have committed their resources to making this happen.
Thanks Mr. Khanna,

Hi All,
MR Rajiv Khanna and the team here Edison, dsatish, kashmir, 140_takes_forever and many others have done a great job. I for one have been thinking " Will this ever happen?'. but am very enthused to see this come through (Not just talk but execution) and will be doing my bit to contribute towards this. Will call Congressmen, Send Faxes. Lets all do it together guys. They have already shown the Path to us.
Sincerely appreciate your hardwork and willingness to fight for the immigration community. Hope there will be change.

Thanks Rajiv,
I updated ISN.org about the law suit and they will add news about law suit soon.
I hope this will make them feel to some extent the hardships that EB applicants go through which they do not deserve at all...
Your point about how a EB applicant is stuck in his career is the best one...
Hats off to you and thanks again.
Thank you rajiv khanna for acting on behalf of this community

Thanks and Good luck!
This is truly inspiring. It is easy to feel hopeless and frustrated. What matters is action. I wish I had Rajiv as my lawyer when I started my GC.
Rajiv, thank you and hopefully you (we all, the aspiring immigrants) win.
Kind regards,
Satya Misra

p.s. How can I support you? I am a Sales and Marketing guy. I can especially help with Public Relations campaign.
How about including I-140 delays in this lawsuit? It's taking more than 12 months at Vermont Service Center.
Thank you Rajiv for being the only one among the thousands of immigration attorneys to take this bold action for us!
Please let us know how we can support this to its full success.
Thanku Mr Rajiv Khanna
With due respect, we here at the immigration community hail and appreciate your efforts in securing our (community's) future and establishing the facts, in front of the judiciary, which this community has suffered and endured for so long.
We will be by your side in this litigation, through thick and thin, against the USCIS....
And intrepid to the core, we feel that there will be light at the end of the dark, tenous tunnel....
thanx again!!!!
hello am
I saw so many THANKS from so many people!
The real thanks is to follow up:

Some of these sound so familiar. This is OUR TEST now.
Finally, we have civil rights and we can demand them.
