    Processing Progress

    I called BCIS today as my processing time for I140 is over 300 days and was told that they are working on:

    Feb 07, 2003 for Skilled Worker
    and
    Dec 22, 2003 for all others

    I am sure you heard that 3 weeks ago...

    And you need more reasons to fight for speedy approvals? Join the backlog reduction campaigns and agitate for reduction of backlogs.
