I140 approval

RD :- 8/20/03
ND :- 8/25/03
Category : EB3/RIR/Concurrent
EAD/AP Approved :- 10/02/03

Any ideas as to how long will I140 take. Any body who has his I140 approved recently. Also is it safe to leave employer after 6 months of I485 filing even though I140 has not been approved.

-------- you need I-140 approved to use AC21, if leave before I-140 approval and your employer helps you or agree not to revoke I-140. better change with H1 transfer many are getting RFE for I-140 .
