My I140 got approved on Sep/30. It was a labor substitute. Category is EB2. It almost took 1 1/2 years to get approved.

Plz give some more details. RD? ND? RFE? Concurrent?
Since we havent been seeing approvals lately, as soon as one is reported we MUST analyze it from every possible angle, consider all aspects and finally draw a multivariate neural-network based monte-carlo simulation model which will predict the arrival event of our EB2 applications which are stuck in a never ending queue.
It is indeed a pathetic state of existance but I hope you understand the need for information.
