I am on L1B VISA with comapany X . I got H1B approval for company Y with COS, I-94 Valid till Jan 2008. I am Still working with company X. Now company X wanted to extended L1B. What would be the status of H1B , If L1B extension approved? Can I JOin company Y after L1B extension ? Regards
