last thursday (10th march) lady at the customer sevice said she has sent out ppts. TTS confrimed it. no ppt till monday - called TTS - informed us that they sent out ppts back to embassy for furthur processing as there was no visa stamp. embassy - customer service - one lady - "who said ur ppt...- alish
