Hi Celtic1888 , My suggestion is ignore these LUDs. I've had many in the past ( almost 1 year now ) and nothing has happened. Infact I had LUDs a month ago and my dates are not current. As expected nothing has happened. So... ignoring LUDs seems to be a good idea. I used get all pumped up...

I recently e-filed 765 and 131 simultaneouly and promptly sent supporting documents. I did see LUDs implying they recieved the documents. I got finger print notice for 765 but not for 131. I thought when I go for 765 finger prints I'll request ASC to get biometrics for 131 too. Unfortunatley...

You really are lucky.. In Indiana, they send the immigration status for verification and that takes about 2 months. Until then you get a temp license ( a printed sheet ). The whole process s**ks. WHEN WILL I GET MY GC ??????
