Its not the Alien for sure. While filing they can opt for either the employer or the Attorney for the point of contact ..but never the Alien So U R good :)

When your H1 was filed there would have been an assessment of your degrees and that evaluation should equate to bachelors degree. I know a lot of my friends who have the same kind of degrees from India and have got a GC. I am not sure what will happen in the case when your job position says...
