Currently I am on 7th Year H10B visa. Recently my I-140 has been approved using labor Substitution. Can I change company File I-140 with New approved labor?Can One can file I-140 with another company?- nileshpatel11

H4 Visa Stamping at Mumbai Consulate or Any
Hi! Can any one tell me what documents required for H4-Stamping in mumbai consulate?. I am sure doc requirement is same for all consulate. She already has H4 Visa stamped but it expired on FEB 5, 2005 , while she in on Vacation to india.I am in USA . She need to get her H4 stamp to re-enter...- nileshpatel11
