My FOIA results were follwed by my approval with in a week. I had a feeling that my requesting FOIA had delayed my approval. I remember seeing a posting here saying when they called USCIS they got a response saying their file was with FOIA department

You should have it in your Receipt that you get from USCIS when you first applied.
If it says skilled worker you are EB3
If it says Advanced Degree or Exceptional ability it is EB2
I think assoon as your company stops paying you even for a month It is as good as you are fired, In that case I think you are safe to leave the company
