The VSC number just keeps ringing and the IVR does not kick in. Anybody else with the same experience???

The recent VSC processing time report shows that 485 "Receipt Notice Proc Times" is April\'00. It seems to be good news!

Most of the cases indicate that I-140 redos are processed much faster ( month or two) if INS sends out an RFE and not when somebody sends in an amendment to I-140, in case of company name change issues.

Friends, Some get RFE for paystubs/Employment letter and some donot! What is the criteria here? I assume everybody sends employment letter when they first apply for 485. So what make s INS suspect some people and ask for RFE while others donot get zny RFE?
