How did you find that out? (case transfered to Philly)

rspr, I did sent an email myself and got a response within 2 days. New case # was provided (starting with P), but my question to you, is how do you know that your case is in Dallas? I was thinking P stands for Philly, Dallas BEC maybe can see Philly cases in their system. What do you think?

My co-employee got his 45 day letter from Dallas BEC. Our lawyer replied on Jan. 6, 2004. Case detail, CA RIR PD Sept. 2003 RD Oct. 2004. I still haven't recieved mine, CA RIR PD Sept.2003 RD Sept. 2004 I guess I'll have to wait...
