H1 expired on 31-may-05 and spouse I-485 was filed before that in April' 05. I received my EAD only after my wife's I-485 was filed.

I was on H1 with the company applied for GC until 31-may-2005 and worked for the same company on EAD until October. We applied for spouse's GC in April with receipt date of 04/11/2005.

I talked to USCIS representative and she told that RFE is for pictures. They Mailed notice on 05/06.

We got RFE for wife's AP today by email (probably picture/passport). Can we Reply to RFE with out RFE Notice, since it takes longtime for my employer to reply.
