can I be promoted while waiting for LC and Green card?
My company filed my Labor certificate last year. It is very likely that I will be promoted the end of this year. Will the promotion affect my LC and green card process? Thanks. -

can I switch company if 6 year H-1 expiring soon?
My 6 year H-1 will expire next year. My current employer filed LC so that I can extend H-1. Can I switch to another company? If so, what the new company needs to do for me? Thanks!- bond
