Wac060645xxxx I received five emails this morning with an RFE notice. I think it would be ability to pay since we filed the I-140 (own Labor PERM EB-3) in Dec. 2005 (Priority Date Oct. 2005) and at the time of filing I didn't have my W-2 for that year and the company tax returns for that year...

My RD date is Dec 21. Same thing. Case transfer from CSC to TSC on 3/22. Received an update on 5/22 that my case was received. Nothing after that. I wonder it's not a security check wait.
