I guess we three are in same boat. Nothing else we could do, except to keep our finger crossed. Hope the DOL will show some mercy on us and clear our cases ASAP

gateway... do you remember when you got RFE and how long it took to reply, because I am also in the same boat....

I got RFE on 04/25/02 and my lawyer replied to it on the same day. Same here, haven\'t heard anything from then, it is almost a month

guys please somebody update... I know u guys are busy, somebody take initiation, or pass on the info to somebody who is willing to do.. This is frustating , I don\'t know why DOL and SESA so long for cases to process

So, SESA is big dark hole, nobody knows nothing SESA sucks big time!!!!

got a query on wage yesterday... SESA has sent query on my case about my wage. My lawyer said she is going to make an amendment and send it back to SESA today. I guess SESA finished processing july cases.. Hope I will see my case soon in DOL data base... thanks for the help I am getting...

yeah... the most irritating thing is the period between, SESA approval and entry into DOL database is not getting counted. This is very unfair.... is there anyway we could talk to DOL guys about this?

any ideas what dates SESA might be processing now Thanks in advance
