Got the emails at 3:30 for both me and my wife. I was the primary applicant.
What do we have to do now? I guess my Attorneys will tell me. If any of you know, please write in.
What I did not understand is why I recd 4 emails. 2 for each case and with identical messages!
Good Luck to you...

All I can say is You should still try going to Newark...sadly, i dont think you have a choice but to go...
I wrote this for another post...but it fits your need too...so here goes.....

Applying whichever way you want...Mail or Online.
I don't think it matters.
Yes, if you are over 90 days go to your local BCIS office for an iEAD. It should be a breeze as long as you have the required docs.
The iEAD is usually given for a 6 month period but become invalid as soon as...
It is TRUE that they will not help with expediting AP at NEWARK.
When I tried they handed me a 1 PAGER which says that an applicant should write to the NEWARK BCIS office about expiditing your AP.
Make sure your envelope says "ADVANCE PAROLE - PLEASE EXPEDITE" and then give them whatever...
Interim EAD can be applied for in person at the local BCIS office if you can prove that 90 days have passed since you applied for your renewal at VSC and there has been no movement.

Thank your STARS
Thank your STARS, man!!
You have been saved from the torturous process of visiting a local BCIS office to get an iEAD.
I guess it's not surprising that although I have pretty much the same kind of notice and filing dates, mine did not get approved until May 11th. I could...
You got ME!!
I did not bother reading all that stuff on that form. My attorney filled in everything and I just signed it. In hindsight, I should have read what the firm filled in.
But from a logical standpoint, you are I assume going for an iEAD, so you have already applied to VSC for...
You know what I am not so sure. I did drive around the area and did see the Train Station, but even if you do walk it, it will be at an unearthly hour..probably really, really early.
I would strongly urge you, NOT to walk. Newark is not the kind of place you want to be walking around early in...
I am no expert.
As far as I was told the 485 reciept goes to the attorneys. Mine did and I got a copy of it from the attorney's office.
Why your checks did not get encashed, that's a hard one to crack.
Hopefully, when you filed, you filed by registered mail or FEDEX, so you atleast have...
