Mi Non Rir My case was filed with Michigan SWA in Aug, 2001 under non RIR. Transfered to Dallas BEC in Dec, 2004 ? No 45 day letter yet. Emailed to Dallas BEC in March 2005 and got reply that the case is not yet opened and no case number assigned. Please update the tracker
