The counter starts the day you eneter US and by default your short absences are not taken out unless it is more than 1 year. But if your lawyer provide additional information they can take out the time spent elsewhere. This is not legal advice but the conclusion I draw from my case...
RIR getting denied
My Lawyer tells me that RIRs are getting denied by the USDOL after approval from NYDOL because of lay offs etc. Anyone facing the Same situation?
