I want to visit Brasil this year, but I have an Indian passport. My passport currently has an H4 Visa stamp. I have my H1 B approval from the INS. Can I get my H1-B stamped on the passport at St Louis or in Washington DC ? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

.... mine was mid september ... I would guess I would be thru with SESA by Thanksgiving. Dont know about things after that ... as the 245(i) blob will go with us throughout :-(

Dont Worry I dont think you need to go back. With the new laws, you can stay on in the US once your I-140 is applied. And I am sure that will not take 2 yrs !!

What about H1 holders ? Is this option not available for H1 visa holders ? Do you know of any other options also where H1 visa holders can do something to earn some money ? Thanks

30th April I heard that NC SESA is currently preocessing 30th April applications. Any idea how long it should take before they are thru with the April applications and start the "normal" applications ?
