You can call DOL... Dear Friend, My appln. was filed in CT. It is not even cleared at SESA level. It has to go to Boston for Federal labor clearance. You can try calling NY DOL, if you have the phone number. Some good samaritan might help you to get an idea. All the Best! Snowcat

Mine went in 4 days CT SESA cleared my case on 12/10/01 and the RD at DOL is 12/14/01. However, for some cases it takes time, i guess!

May be not! I think the scrutiny on each case will be done manually using the docs submitted.... The downtime on the server may not affect their work. I didn\'t get the automated reply even today ... Our patience is going to make us Saints and we won\'t rejoice, even if we get GC!!!
