You may have to leave it blank... It if only if you already sumitted any other offidavit of support to any one else other than your spouse. Generally, you might have not done any such thing..so you can say NONE meaning that you have not submitted any affidavit of support to any other people....

Depends on Consulate it depends on consulate.....for consulates in India, you dont need these documents with P3 to NVC, but for other consulates like montreal, you need to send them with P3 to NVC...
