H1 stamping in Tijuana, Mexico
Can anyone give me info on this: I have my H1 revalidation appointment in November 8 at Tijuana, Mexico but my visa expires on Oct 31, though my I-94 is valid till November 10th. Can I re-enter US on say Nov 10th in case I don't get my visa stamped? I do have all the required documents...- neelk

Appointment dates at chennai
Looks like visa appointment dates at chennai consulate are filled up from April/May 2004 till Dec 2005. Any other way we can get an appointment? are these really filled up? This is very bad becoz what should others do in this case? :( Is an appointment needed these days or drop box...- neelk

H4 visa appointment dates at chennai
Will be getting married in March and my fiancee doesn't have a passport right now. Is it possible to take an appointment irrespective of that? 'coz in the website it asks for petition# etc. is it the spouses(mine) h1B?... can u plz clarify? Any idea on Appointments in April/May?- neelk
