i received nof from sesa about wages, they said for eb2 the salary must be 38.15 dollarsper hour. i am getting more than that. but my idiotic lawyer exactly typed the same hourly rate. anyway at that time i noticed he applied me in eb22.

i called regional dol @2123372184. I gave him my stae caseid. he gave me regional caseID and he told me they are processing feb cases. my case is moved on march 17'2004. NYQuant you can also call them.

priority date june152001 sesa query -prevailing wages moved to Regional in February. Heard from lawyer, regional is processing cases from dec2003. Is that True?
